Amazon Web Services (AWS) — our primary cloud provider — is currently experiencing a major service disruption affecting multiple regions.

This outage impacts several of Collectr’s systems, including:

• App loading and portfolio syncing
• Market data and search functionality
• Login and user session reliability

Until AWS restores service, our hands are largely tied.

🕒 What We’re Doing

We’re actively monitoring AWS’ status updates and preparing to restore Collectr’s full functionality as soon as their systems recover.
